EA Family Services is the provider of weekly intensive case management services which includes coordination of health and health-related services, mental health services, programming, job placement, resume building, independent living skills, and transportation services. In partnership with Bakersfield College Project Hire Up, CityServe Educational Collaborative breaks down barriers that prevent people from reaching their full potential. Through the power of community collaboration, CityServe Educational Collaborative offers a path toward a better life with job skills certifications and life skills wrap-around training.

CityServe Violence Prevention is an anger management group counseling program aimed to reduce violence in homes and in our community. This program is for individuals who want to learn how to control their emotions to prevent harm, process past trauma and fear, learn healthier alternatives to violent (verbal, physical and emotional) outbursts, prevent crimes, and discover a new approach to life.
Built 2 Last is a program of relationship life skills courses designed to create healthy foundations for a bright future.

Second Chances provides employment tracks in local industries with on-the-job training and skill development for individuals who have previously struck out with employment but have recently proven to be driven, hard working, and need a second chance at a successful career.
Re-Entry Services Promoting Effective Community Transition (RESPECT) is a free 6-12-month individual and family counseling program provided to formerly incarcerated men and women. RESPECT mends and strengthens relationships resulting in reduced recidivism, stable employment, and connections to community and church resources.
